Las tradicionales fondas volvieron tras dos años de ausencia producto de la pandemia.
Expertos aseguran que no serán más de 2 milímetros de agua caída.
El subsecretario de Salud informó que “se ha definido que las fondas y ramadas este 18 serán considerados, para muchos efectos, como restaurantes, eso implica que tiene que haber cierta distancia”.
“Sabemos que el municipio está desesperado, llamando a fonderos del sur y del norte para ver si pueden venir a ocupar esos terrenos” aseguró Wilson Solar de la agrupación Fonderos Unidos.
El plan regirá entre las 15:00 horas del jueves 16 y las 05:00 horas del lunes 20 de septiembre.
En relación a los horarios de funcionamiento, el Jefe de la Cartera de Salud no entregó información.
La información fue dada a conocer por el presidente del sindicato de Fondas, Ramadas y Entretenciones de Valparaíso, Luis Carrizo.
Por esta decisión son cerca de 180 ramaderos socios los que se verán afectados.
Se estarían preparando 30 ramadas, todas con aforo.
El municipio buscará realizar la “Fiesta del roto chileno” en octubre a modo de compensación.
La medida se tomó como respuesta a la crisis sanitaria que vive el país.
Durante la hora peak entraron cerca de 1.800 vehículos/hora.
Plástico, latas, vidrio y aceite, considerado uno los residuos más contaminantes, fueron los que mayoritariamente se recolectaron durante las Fiestas Patrias.
Salud señaló que se decomisaron más 300 de kilos de carnes, empanadas, salsas, platos preparados y dulces, que se encontraban en mal estado o con la cadena de refrigeración alterados.
